Yes. The public website and Customer Portal are designed for Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, and PWA installation on supported devices.
The mobile interface is optimized for reviewing active signals, performance, notifications, tools, and account information.

A trading signal is a structured market idea that may include Instrument, Direction, Entry price or zone, Stop Loss, Take-Profit targets, Risk level, Timeframe, Analyst commentary, Status, and Updates.
A trading signal is not a guarantee that the market will move as expected.
A BUY signal indicates that the trading idea expects the instrument price to rise from the relevant entry area.
Market conditions can change, so a BUY signal can still result in a loss.
A SELL signal indicates that the trading idea expects the instrument price to decline from the relevant entry area.
Like any trading setup, the outcome is uncertain.
The Entry price or Entry zone identifies the price area associated with the trading setup. Some signals may use a single Entry price, an Entry range, or a pending activation level.
Stop Loss is a predefined risk level that identifies where the original trading idea is considered invalid according to the signal methodology.
It is designed to help define downside, but actual broker execution may differ during volatile markets or price gaps.
TP stands for Take Profit. A signal may contain multiple target levels:
- TP1 — First target
- TP2 — Second target
- TP3 — Third target
Multiple targets allow a trading setup to show different potential objectives.
A Pending Signal is a trading setup that has been published but has not yet met its activation or Entry conditions. (For example: XAU/USD BUY — Waiting for Entry).
Once the entry condition is met, it may move to Active.
An Active Signal is a trading setup whose entry conditions have been triggered according to the signal lifecycle rules.
An Active signal can later reach targets, reach Stop Loss, receive an update, be cancelled, or be closed.
A Closed Signal is no longer active. It may have ended because a target was reached, Stop Loss was reached, the setup was manually closed, cancelled, or expired.
Closed signals contribute to historical tracking according to the performance methodology.
Yes.
Financial markets can change quickly. A signal may receive a material update involving Status, Stop-loss level, Target status, Commentary, or Risk-management information.
Material updates should remain visible in the signal timeline.
Public visitors may receive only a delayed or limited signal preview.
Exact Entry, Stop Loss, Take-Profit levels, premium commentary, and real-time updates may require an eligible membership.
The public signal feed is intended to demonstrate the product without replacing paid real-time access.
Some signals may therefore be delayed, partially hidden, or released only after closure. Premium members receive access according to their subscription entitlements.
Eligible members should receive the signal through the Customer Portal as soon as it is published.
Supported notifications may then be sent through channels such as PWA Push, Email, and Telegram. Actual delivery timing can also depend on the external notification provider and the user's device/network.
The Customer Dashboard should remain the primary place to review the current signal state.
Notifications are convenience channels and can occasionally be delayed because of device settings, internet connectivity, browser restrictions, Telegram or email provider delays, or other third-party outages.
Yes. The Signal History and Performance areas can provide access to previous completed signals according to public or subscription entitlement.
This includes wins and losses, not only successful signals.
Win Rate should be calculated according to the published Performance Methodology. It normally compares qualifying winning signals against the relevant set of resolved signals.
Read Performance Methodology →Yes.
A transparent track record should include both winning and losing completed signals according to the methodology. Losing signals should not be silently removed from history.
No.
Win rate is only one performance metric. Actual outcomes can also depend on factors such as risk-to-reward, position size, broker execution, trading costs, leverage, slippage, which signals a user follows, and individual trade management.
No.
Historical performance can provide context, but it cannot guarantee future outcomes.
Customers choose an available membership plan and billing interval. After successful payment and subscription activation, the platform grants the entitlements included with that plan.
These may control access to premium signals, Telegram, notification channels, signal history, tools, and other premium features.
Subscription access normally begins after the platform receives trusted confirmation that payment and activation have succeeded.
The Customer Portal should show the authoritative subscription status.
That depends on the selected plan. If a plan automatically renews, this should be clearly displayed before checkout and in the Subscription page.
Logged-in customers should be able to manage cancellation from the Customer Portal under the Subscription tab.
Cancellation behavior depends on the plan and published policy. For example, an auto-renewing subscription may remain active until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Not necessarily. If your policy allows access until the end of the already-paid term, cancelling simply prevents the next renewal.
The Subscription page should show the exact effective cancellation date, access end date, and renewal status.
Where multiple plans exist, eligible upgrades or downgrades can be managed through the Customer Portal. The platform will clearly explain any prorations or entitlement changes before confirmation.
Available payment methods depend on our configured payment gateway and your region. The Checkout page will display the currently available payment methods for your account.
We use supported third-party payment providers and tokenized payment flows. Trades Signal does not store raw CVV or full payment-card credentials.
First refresh your Subscription page and check the payment status. Subscription access should activate only after trusted payment-provider confirmation.
If access remains unavailable, contact Billing Support and provide your account email, payment date, amount, currency, and invoice reference.
Do not send your full card number or CVV.
A payment can fail for many reasons, including a bank decline, insufficient funds, authentication failure, payment-provider issue, card restrictions, or billing details.
The payment provider may provide additional information. You can retry using an available payment method.
Contact Billing Support with your account email, payment date, amount, and transaction references.
We will investigate whether a duplicate payment occurred. Never send your full payment-card information.
Refund eligibility depends on the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable legal requirements. Possible review scenarios include duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or significant service failures.
Read Refund Policy →From the Customer Portal, navigate to Profile / Notifications → Telegram → Connect Telegram. The platform will generate a secure, temporary linking flow to the official Trades Signal bot.
Possible reasons include:
- Telegram is not linked or the bot has not been started.
- You blocked the bot or notifications are disabled.
- Your subscription does not include Telegram or has expired.
- Telegram is experiencing an outage.
Check your Telegram status in the Customer Portal.
Premium Telegram access is intended for the eligible customer account. Account sharing or redistribution may violate the Terms of Service.
Optional notifications can generally be managed in the Customer Portal under Notifications. Some mandatory service or security communications may not be optional.
Yes, on compatible devices and browsers. You must grant browser notification permission and enable the relevant notification preferences in your dashboard.
The core Trading Tools are publicly accessible. Some advanced features, saved scenarios, or historical analysis may require a membership.
Trading calculators provide estimates based on user inputs, instrument specifications, formula assumptions, and currency conversions. Actual broker calculations may differ.
Gold contract specifications (such as contract size) can vary between brokers. Our calculator uses standard configured instrument information, but you should always verify with your broker's specific terms.

Do not share your password, authentication codes, or recovery codes.

Trades Signal support will never ask for your password, MFA code, recovery code, full card number, CVV, API key, Telegram bot token, or private key/seed phrase.

No trading signal, strategy, analyst, calculator, or historical performance can guarantee future profits. Financial markets can move unpredictably.
Yes.
A trading signal can result in a losing trade. Signals are informational market ideas and do not remove financial risk.
Leverage increases market exposure relative to the capital used as margin. It can magnify both gains and losses. Even relatively small adverse price movements can result in significant losses.
No.
During high volatility, market gaps, low liquidity, or rapid price movement, a broker may execute a stop at a different price. This is sometimes referred to as slippage.
Yes.
Individual trading results may differ because of entry timing, broker prices, spread, commission, slippage, leverage, position size, partial exits, and user trade management.
The signal history represents the outcome according to the published Trades Signal performance methodology, not a guarantee of an individual user's realized result.
